McDonald's has several competitive advantages that help multiply its business globally.some of them include well trained employees,good history that is it's launched in the mid twentieth century itself that makes an impression of brand among its customers, quality of food service etc

1) McDonald's has a important motives like customer satisfaction is to considered ultimate,proper training and continuous learning regarding the current global trends, establishing leadership qualities and encouragement of innovative initiatives among its workers , observing the pros and cons within the organisation and taking measures to rectify them ,treating customers their family and employees as their assets are some the executive features of McDonald's.it motivates it's employees by giving them promotions and entrusting higher responsibilities.

2) McDonald's has several internal perspectives that would be executed including the company satiates it's shareholders by showing good profits , encourage the company to be future oriented always ,time to time conduction of check ups regarding the work nature and equipment used,assuring impeccable quality of products,having a thorough control over every unit that enables the organisation deliver transparent services.

3) financial perspective of McDonald's wholly describes about how the investments are pouring in and how the finance is going out and how much money the organisation is making on the products etc to check all these they maintain a clear cut data regarding the past, future and the present days.since one of the competitive advantages of the company is having branches in more than 50 countries the company must be careful while taking any financial decisions since the impact will be global in nature that's why the company organises high level committees and the management consults the company's key people while taking a decision .
