2. When-When describes the time for the selection of the organization's goals and when it also includes the time length for the completion of the organization's target or any project.

3. Where -It is a question of place or target area, which means at which place all the organization's activity will take place and the target area of the business.

4. What -It is a question that describes whats actually anyone going to do. It includes all the discussed topics and ways to achieve it.

5. Why-It is the rationale question of doing anything which has results in the end, it is also a question that defines for which purpose anyone is going to do things.
