Q.

Confidentiality provision within Scannon's:

No, it is not valid as the agreement of five years year written confidentiality agreement contract done with Walexron on 2013 has not been signed by Scannon’s. He has verbally agreed that he will follow the contract of confidentiality and will not leak any confidential information outside. But, prior when the engagement of the employment contract has been made by Walexron with Scannon’s in the year 2012 for the designation of Director Purchasing, he has already leaked confidential information to the public and to other watchdog customers group. This ensures that the confidentiality contract with Scannon’s is not valid until he signs on the legal paper, as with just a verbal agreed it cannot granted or taken as an authentic agreement.
