Lack of basic health care in all parts of the world is one of the toughest problem to overcome. The challenges faced in most of the countries is lack of proper communication as well as shortage of doctors. So below are some of the implementation plans on rural areas for providing adequate healthcare.
1) Improving administrative reforms:- There has to be a single source of administration which can administrate everything starting from arrangement of doctors to the arrangement of machinery. All the trainings, education, awareness should be under this dept. This department should have small sub-dept but main control should be under the administrative dept.
2) Making healthcare affordable to everyone:- One of the most basic problems faced is lack of good quality healthcare due to the costly medicine as well as the treatment. So implementing innovation clinics are a part of this plan wherever possible and the clinics will be accessible to anyone and everyone to give ideas and suggestions.
3) Availability of transportation services :- Traveling to receive treatment takes lots of cost as well as time. For people with low income or daily wage labours do not get paid time off of their jobs. This adds to their liabilities instead of treatment. Also during emergency situations, any delay in receiving treatment can have serious adverse consequences. So improvement in transportation to the local/city hospitals will be one of the top priority in implementing healthcare.
These are some of the main implementation plans for rural areas having lack of healthcare.
