Will Catalan Separatists Be the Downfall of Spain’s New Coalition Government?
Is Catalonia risking Spain as stable democracy?
Spain's new government is based on coalition with the Podemos party that is left wing and favors for the referendum of self determination in Catalonia and wants that jailed Catalonia leaders should be relieved. This type of stand is against the Spanish government and Socialist party ( another party in coalition government). In this scenario, uncontrolled sentiments in favor of Catalonia movement by Podemos party, can give strengths to the Catalan separatists. It makes creation of differences between socialist party and Podemos party. In extreme scenario and more dealings between Catalan separatists and Podemos party leaders, can make bigger separation of policy ideas between parties of the coalition government. It may lead to the parties following different ways and Coalition government can fall. So, there is a scope of Catalan separatists , being a source of downfall of the new coalition government in Spain.

It makes contradiction between policies and approach to deal with the issues raised by and in Catalonia. It creates a scope of volatility, movements by separatists and more aggression from the side of government. It makes democracy to be unstable in the country of Spain.
