Abstract
Building coalition is a complex process and the coalition must be able to serve the respective market or the community in the increased manner. The teams must be arranged and it is one of the successes as an entrepreneurs Ij this case the making tams for a public school is discussed. The attitudes of the members and the behavior patterns should be closely studied in the process of research.
Introduction
The Woodson Foundation, one of the non-profit organizations has decided to support one of th public schools of Washington, D.C. The organization wants to tams up with the school in order to improve the out coms of the school. The school has the following issues such as truancy, crime and low performances of the students. The new teachers for not work there for a longer periods, as the atmosphere of the school is not so good as well as the behavior patterns of the school. The majority of the students were African Americans, Caucasians and Hispanics.. They have decided to form experimental after school classes with the help of the Woodson Foundation. They have put faith in the ability of the Woodson to collect funds from the community and the skills of the staff of the school. After considering the actions and the responsibility of the task the school and the Woodson Foundation have decided to from an agency to get resources from the both parties. It is decided that the foundation to offer logistic services, program development and measurement of the teachers and the school has to provide the classes and the teachers. There were several representatives and the school and the WF want to for responsible development team and programing team.
Group’s dynamics in making collation
In order to gain the maximum result by achieving the expected goals a coalition must have good teams to work together with understanding. This can be a very successful as they can work together in order to reach a common goal and they can minimize the conflicts as they are working together and establishing a good process of communication ("Building Coalitions Importance of Coalition Building", n.d.).
The formation of a coalition is very important to work together, as all the members can pool their skills t, so the ability to find solution is higher than working alone. It is not an easy task to find the most appropriate members for the developing and program teams ("Coalition Building | Beyond Intractability", n.d.).
In order to build an effective team the joint group or the agency must pay it attention on the following stags

In order to establish a strong and powerful coalition, there should be certain principles among the participants. In this case the respective parties have their own agendas. The representatives of the School district need more influence in the team as they want occupations and other opportunities in the new program. They have the fear of losing money. The Woodson Foundation has the issue of working with the African Americans, but at last all of them have decided to form a coalition to uplift the education(Tattersall, 2010).
For the development team the school superintends, Victoria Adam is suitable. She is responsible for the initiation of the program and she is fully aware of the program. She has the some controversial ideas such as the need of more power in the team for both school and the foundation. Victor Martines from the Woodson Foundation too has suitable ideas to form a successful team. The principal Duane Hardy also a progressive character but he wishes that the schools should have more power. The major responsibilities should be borne by the school and the foundation, in that respective the NCPIE representative and Mason Dupree have to be considered as not suitable for the leadership of the teams., as both of them thinks that the support should come from the school. The teacher, Ari Kafman has the same idea about the out siders, so he also included in the programming team.
Team dynamics
There should be certain previous experiences and some other quality should be the in order to become a successful team leader. The leader should have the following characteristics.

For the development team the following people are suitable for the leader ships of the team.
Ari Kafman and NCIPE representatives are not satisfactory with the involvement of the Woodson Foundation and Mason Dupree is not suitable as he thinks that the parents should bear more responsibility.
Organizational culture.
Organizational culture is one of the important aspects and the team leaders must able to consider the diversity in the society. It is very important as this society is a diverse one. This can be a problem to the company, as it is consisted of Caucasian employees, so the WF should be very careful.
Help of the interrogate / negotiate strategies.
The negotiation process can help the team to share the experiences, knowledge, and attitudes. This will help the members to minimize their extremist ideas and they can come in to flexible position to work together in order to make the coalition a successful one (Tattersall, 2013). This strategy should be applied to Ari Kafman , Candac Sharpe and Mason Dupree, as they have native aspects towards the success with a coalition power.
Message for the program team
The program teams should be able to carry out the plans and concepts of the development team in an effective manner. The program team is closer to the students and their duty is to find the efficiency of the learning and the level of the achievement. In order to fulfill the requirement of the program team, Ari Kafman and Duane Hardy are suitable as they have experienced related to the education.
Conclusion
Both development team and the program team should be able to function together in order to get the success of the respective project. When creating a coalition the main expectation is to achieve certain short time goal by creating a set of organizations into one.it is not an easy task as each organization has its own interests. The success of the coalition depends on the ability of the members to become flexible to the need of the common organization rather than the mother organization. The communication and negotiation are very important aspects of the process of establishing coalitions. The educational and behavioral issues of the college can be minimized by the proper understanding and planning of the program. The success of the coalition depends here on the coordination of the two teams and the proper undressing about the business environment and the diversity of the students.
Both development team and the program team should be able to function together in order to get the success of the respective project.
