What is the role of regulatory commissions? How do the courts complement that role?
Regulatory Agencies are usually main part of their executive
branches for the government and required to have authority as well
as functioning from the legislative branch. Regulatory authorities
are essential to create proper code of conduct for the
organisations as well as enforcement of the standards and safety
for usage of the public goods as well as regulation of the
commerce. This type of authority definitely provides a positive
impact for the users and keep the organisation in control as well
as limits the malfunctioning of the organisations.
Regulatory commissions are backed by courts as any dispute happened
between two organisations or if any organisation is found guilty of
damaging the guidelines provided by regulatory agency desperately
subjected to the court. By properly judging over these criterias
could provide their support and compliment to the regulatory
commissions and creates a balance between creating proper
judgement.
