Organizational learning can have different meanings. In some instances, it can mean the ease with which an organization can adapt to its environment. In others, it can mean the efficient utilization of information. Imagine you are a manager. What type of learning you can apply to your organization?

Organisational learning will be having different meaning when I will be managing a company and my observations will be as follows-
A. organisational learning would be used by me in order to improvement of day to day management of the company and comparison of the actual performance with the benchmark or the standard performance in order to find out deviations and controlling them regularly in order to enhance the performance.
B.it would be continuous learning in the field of decision making and undertaking of various capital decision so that it would be helpful in maximization of the organisational value and overall rate of return and protection of the interest of the various stakeholders
C. It also be meaning that ethical standard which is highly focused at making corporate social responsibility the primary aim of the organisation would be continuously promoted in the organisation
D. Organisational learning will also be leading to interlinking of preferences of various stakeholders and synchronising their interest in One direction so that overall organisational effort could be channelized in order to achieve those objectives
E. It would also be helpful in setting standards and maintaining them so that it can help the company in achievement of the mission and vision.
