Expert Solution

Yes this is true that equity and equality is the emerging problem in the economy but money is not the only issue for equality problem, the quality of living resources that is available in the economy also plays an important role in managing the principle of equity and equality. Equality means the equal opportunity for all the people in the economy and a way where government treats everyone on a same scale. By increasing the income tax earned on the salaried employees, increasing the minimum wages of the workers, investing in education of children as well as higher studies, building assets for the families with working members, finishing the residential segregation and making tax more progressive can be helpful in resolving equity and equality problems of the economy.

By increasing the health insurance coverage can improve the health care disparities of the economy. Improving the number and capacity of the service providers so that more and more people are treated with good quality of treatment. The investing in the population-based prevention and handling the causes of health inequalities are more effective for the cause than the actions taken without any basis.

The aim of social work is to help everyone in need and treat them equal, with social justice and respect toward the humanity. Showing integrity and kindness towards the people in need. Every one in need for any reason are all equal and to be treated equally. Often the income inequalities are associated with vulnerable results with reference to education, health and many economic and social rights of the humans. Providing people the knowledge of right and wrong and their rights in the economy and right to be treated equally is important to be imparted.
