Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

A condenser in a refrigeration system is simply a heat exchanging system.

The hot gaseous refrigerant coming from the compressor will be passed through the condenser unit where the condenser cools this gaseous refrigerant and converted into liquid (condensation is a process in which gas is converted into liquid).

This can be made possible by removing some amount of heat from refrigerant to the surroundings (condensing medium).

Hence, condensation will reduce the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant.

Therefore the correct option is OPTION (a) rejects heat from refrigerant.
