The ethics committee has a role to lead the organization with
implementation of the goals and strategies for the effective
working of the organization. There are many rules which are
overseen while working in an organization like:

- development of education and work environment for working in an

- development of social interaction, management and work
coordination while dealing with different situations.
- development of effective communication and partnerships for
investing money in the development of projects for the successful
business in the company.
- providing the basic facilities and infrastructure to the

team educational health model and the ethics committee model.
