The ethics committee has a role to lead the organization with implementation of the goals and strategies for the effective working of the organization. There are many rules which are overseen while working in an organization like:

  • the rules and codes of ethics.
  • development of education and work environment for working in an organization.
  • development of social interaction, management and work coordination while dealing with different situations.
  • development of effective communication and partnerships for investing money in the development of projects for the successful business in the company.
  • providing the basic facilities and infrastructure to the employees working in the organization.

The examples include the ethics development in providing the healthcare facilities to the veteran people living in the rehabilitation units. There are various consultation models which include the individual consultant model , team educational health model and the ethics committee model.
