Answer) When we talk about cultural globalization,we talk about exchange of values, beliefs, traditions, ideas across people from different countries,it is sharing of being a part of this planet with different cultures,it could be through different channels and in different ways, consider movies or novels which let us know about other cultures, others' way of life, this is cultural globalization, sharing and assimilating each other 's culture and thing associated with it.

Cultural globalization in general is not something which caused or can cause conflict but at times fear have been built of cultural globalization leading to one forgetting their own culture and this fear is at times seen in different cultures and different parts of the world but cultural globalization is not about removing cultures or ideas or values but sharing it and learning from different cultures which cannot lead to real cultural conflict.
