3. Given the potential of globalization and modernization to effect a cultural change, evaluate the efficacy of national (and local) cultures on the business domain of African countries for the foreseeable future.
The Business domain of African countries will be influenced by global interference and dynamic changes. It might be possible that African countries will have more scope to serve the global customers with their handicrafts, innovative products and events of traditional cultures to show as a part of tourism related activities. These countries have untapped market for global companies. These countries firm can go global via export strategy and following the multinational model of growth across the world. In terms of external environmental forces an organization can assess the African market as well beyond to that global market.
For example: XYZ firm which has handicraft business in UGANDA might analyze its current African market or see's its potential to make its presence via global external market analysis.
In external analysis, External forces like political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental will be assessed. These forces will influence the business operations and policy decision to the great extent. Even, these are uncontrollable factors for any African countries.
African countries can start their own style of business organization. It may set a strong local cultural based business organization. Even, some growth related cultural aspects might be more useful than any other inputs. Even, these cultural forces might reduce the stress, tension and chaos within organizational setting.
