Poverty is one of the major problem many of the countries in the world suffer. Poverty can be defined as a condition in which a person either have inadequate income, not able to maintain quality of life, not able to maintain physical and mental efficiency and not able to meet the standards of the society. Generally rich and poor exist in the society, before the existance of poverty didnt not constitute until the trade expanded, where some people began to gain lots of wealty leading to uneven distribution. this started the difference in making a comfort life and differences in the economic status and looking upon themselves as rich and poor in the way of standrads of life they live.

People are poor not because of an increase in the misery they are suffering , it is all because of the resentment and the attitude they possess, where they feel they are deprived of what others possess and enjoy, so it is becoming a social problem. If the poor people are provided with basic needs like education, shelter and basic ameneties, psychologically the poor feel will develp their standards of living.

Unemployment is closely relatedto poverty because when people remain ideal without employment they become poor. unemployment generally leads to suffering and privation and affects adversely the social organization.Unemployment is defined as a condition of the labour market in which the supply of labour is grater than the number of available openings. Unemployment is also widespreading amomg the professional jobs like engineers , doctors and other technical qualified people also. the reasons for the unemplyment because of business depression which arise because production moves faster than purchasing power, beacuse of educated youth is assuming serious proportions. It is a great cause of social disorganization. The society is largely in a crisis of finding suitable jobs for the millions who join institutions aimlessly and come out and become deviany. unless and until employment opportunities increase fast , poverty cannot be removed.

When faced with a problem or choice, humans can use two different strategies: "cognitive reflectivity," which results in slower responses and few mistakes, or "cognitive impulsivity," which results in quicker responses but also more mistakes. Depending on the individual, these two strategies are used differently. A pilot experiment was conducted on 22 right-handed individuals who were administered a cognitive reflectivity-impulsivity questionnaire, while recording voxel-based morphometry (regional gray matter density) in the ventral medial prefrontal cortex.
