An organization needs to maintain certain parameters and one of them is documentation of employee counseling sessions for employees because of the level of offences committed by the employee in the workplace which is actually not at all expected from an employee but such issues occur and the organization has to strict and stringent regarding their mode of operation. Initially there should be warnings and conversations but gradually if the thing continues then it should be taken up seriously and should be handled with importance and in order to resolve the issue counseling sessions for employees can be conducted which will help the employer to understand the actual cause behind the issue and what actually is causing such an issue and what is the remedy.
Even after the counseling if the offences seem to continue then the management needs to take actions and that may be harsh even leading to termination and in this case the first step is to sent the documentation to the HR who will assess and evaluate the documentation and understand what needs to be done to protect the interest of the organization as well as of the employee.
