Expert witness: A person mainly in U.K., U.S.and Australia ,who is educated,well trained and having skill and experience is consider as expert and is accepted by supreme or judge. A supreme may consider the opinion of expert before the court about there experties or their area of expertise which is called expert opinion..

Purpose of Expert witness: Expert witness has more responsibilty to serve as objective party in the court.He will properly observing defects,problem ,error and also how it can be removed in a process. The court or judge may call Expert anytime for to collect more data about the case or to confirm the fact about the case. A Expert has more responsibility specially in punished crime cases in most of the country. Work like DNA finger print,blood analysis ,forensic data etc..is done by Expert witness.

Qualification of Expert witnesss: An expert witness at the time of trial is qualified by the court and must be re-qualified each time that person comes to trial for the offering of opinions. The qualification is given by each trial judge and takes place regardless of prior appearances by a particular expert witness. Expert witnesses are those who the court has deemed qualified to speak on a topic to give background to anyone.
