Thesis - Assessing the factors affecting the working motivation of officers in departments, committees, and sectors of local government.

Main Research Question should be –

What are the factors that have an influence on the officers’ work motivation in departments, committees, and sectors of local government?

Hence, the main hypothesis should be –

H1: Factors impact officers work motivation.

H2: There is no significant difference between the work motivation of officers in departments, committees, and sectors of local government.

Research Method –

-          Use a quantitative method.

-          Independent variable as factors influencing and dependent variable as work motivation

-          Empirical sample should be considered from departments, committees, and sectors of local government population.

-          Research should use both types of data, primary and secondary.

-          The primary data should be collected through a structured questionnaire, to collect data from respondents.

-          Whereas, secondary data should be collected from books, textbooks, online articles, journals, etc.

-          Data analysis and interpretation to be done through various statistical tools, such as SPSS, AMOS and Excel.
