group discussion is very necessary for good interaction among learners .So teacher should manage extra time for engaging learner in a group in following way.

1.Teacher can fix particular duration after completing the class for short periods of time in purpose of group learning .

2 Teacher can assigned extra schedule specially for group discussion with the permission of Chaireman .

3 .while demonstrate performance , teacher should create good rapport with learner .therefore learner activity engaged in classroom discussion and articulation of their ideas.

4.teacher must be managed time with planning and productive way .Therefore, he can devote extra time to learner for activly engaged in learning process and group discussion.
