Puberty in Adolescence

In the child's development process adolescence is the second decade of the whole life span. It generally starts from the age 10 and continued till the 18. The biological changes are the main sign that adolescence has begun. Basically Puberty is the stage in which a child becomes biologically and sexually mature. puberty is basically a three year process which includes the hormonal and physical changes.

Biological processes of Puberty

For the males

Pituitary Gland

In this process of Adolescence, changes in sex organ starts occur. It generally starts between the age of 12 and 14.Most of the adolescent during this change, started feeling uncomfortable and insecure for the sudden changes in their sex organ. The growth of the sex organ is highly influenced by the Pituitary glands.So we can say that the changes in the sex Organ is a physical sign of Puberty.

Hormonal Changes

Chamical messengers are basically called hormones.This hormon is basically responsible for the sudden changes. The secretion of Testosterone is the cause of all physical and mental changes. The Testosterone hormone is send to the reproductive organs. So we can say that secretion of Testosterone is the cause of puberty in the adolescence. This hormonal change is the cause of change the vocal voice also.

Changes in Sebaceous Gland

In this period of changes, The oil glands which is also known as the Sebaceous glands produce an oily substance which is called Sebum. The sebum blocks the pores of the skin and starts combining with the bacteria. So the boys in this period have pimples on their face. So it can be stated that the changes of Sebaceous gland is also responsible for the Puberty in adolescence.

For the Females

The Hormonal Changes

The Estrogen hormone has a high influence in the Puberty. Secretion of Estrogen leads to the changes of sex organ. Such as change in overies and Fallopian tube.This changes are invisible changes. But this changes have a major importance in the Puberty.

Changes in Fallopian Tube

The fallopian tubes are also called Uterine tubes. In during the changes of adolescence, The two fallopian tubes starts located close to the overies.This changes of fallopian tubes produces the eggs in their respective overies and push it into the Uterus. This biological process is highly responsible for the Menstruation which is a sign of Puberty in the Adolescence.

Changes in Sex organs

The changes in the sex organ is also a sign of Puberty in the Adolescence period. This kind of changes is caused by the influence of Hormone like Estrogen. The youngster starts notice the hair growth in their arms, underarms and in the private body parts. This kind of changes is the symbols of Puberty.

Changes in Sweat glands

The changes in sweat glands also starts appearing in the period of Adolescence. This glands are basically located in under the arms and Genital areas.The secretion of the this glands are a sign of puberty in the period of adolescence.

Sexual Feelings

Puberty is the sign od sexula maturity.Biological changes like hormonal secretion is the cause of sexual feeling in the period of Adolescence. This can bring changes in attitude and personality also. This kind of feeling in the period of adolescence is also considered as the affect of Puberty.
