Population:
Occupational therapists who leave the field of occupational therapy
(b) Assumptions that are necssary for the procedureto be valid:
(i) The Sampling should be Simple Random Sample (SRS). Each individual is chosen entirely by chance and each occupational therapist who were contacted for the survey has an equal chance of being selected.
(ii) Occupational therapists who are hard - to -reach are not omitted.
(iii) It is assumed that all precautionary measurs have been taken to avoid non-response bias: like making the survey questions simple and straight forward, convincing the occupatinal theraphistst that their response to the survey will be kept confidentail and the same will be used only for the survey purpose, giving them incentives for timely response and avoiding questions on personal matters which can embarass the occupational theraphists
