There will be too many considerations when you are searching for a job or trying to stand with your career, in my opinion, the important consideration for your future career should be job content or business content. Let me explain it as follow.

Your satisfaction with employment are determined in giant half by however stimulating the daily tasks are good for you. Even the best paying or most prestigious job will get old quickly if you do not get pleasure from the work. Raise yourself if the tasks attached the work can interact the talents you get pleasure from utilizing thus you may be energized by the work and a lot of seemingly to achieve the position. create an inventory of your most vital skills and circle those that you've got most enjoyed applying to past jobs, volunteer work, activities, and tutorial comes.
As you scan the work description and discuss the position through the interview method, gauge however well the work matches up with the list of skills you favor mistreatment.

Totally, working atmosphere and interacting people not giving good pleasure to you, it means you are not well deserved or not attached to that work, but you should go for the next were you can find satisfaction. It is more important than anything, if there is too much of money as salary, or too much of prestigious job, but if there is no peace or satisfaction, all the above are waste.

This is negotiable according to your skills and quality, if you have good quality and skills, you can choose without any stress, because you can find it anywhere, but if you don’t have that much skills or certificates, then also, I think you should give priority to consider satisfaction, it may be delaying getting job, but one day you will get it for sure.

So consider satisfaction as the first priority for you career.
