The application of Johari Windo's model of communication is:-

1. It allows a person to bring about their personal development.

When a person gets feedback from others, they learn to appreciate the value of personal development and improvement in general.

2. It is a process where people give and receive feedback which allows them to become self-aware.

Self-awareness comes with the concept of understanding your faults, difficulties and improving on them.

3. It is also useful for group development.

Can be used between groups to allow them to help each other with their critiques to help them grow.

4. It can be used to understand the dynamics of relationships between two entities.

It also allows us to understand how and why relationships work and how also, how it affects not only them but everyone else around them as well.
