Answer:
Anotomical changes in the MI ( myocardial infarction) :
Coronary arteries are the one which supplies the Heart and their muscles. Normally when our body is making energy through the oxygen in our blood (oxygenated blood) when there is lack in the oxygen supply, It leads to affects the functions of the body.
Some patients with hypertension (high blood pressure) or aged
people or having any plaque in the coronary arteries, These kind of
people will not get the enough blood to the heart. Because the
their coronary arteries will have blockage or any restrictions in
it.
The function of the heart is to pump the blood to the body and
receive the blood from the body. When the blood supply is poor, the
specific region of the heart muscles will get affected. The muscles
contraction will resulted in the poor contraction of the
heart.
Consequences: when there is damage in the heart,
It will leads to the chest pain.
And The poor contraction of the heart leads to reduce the function of the heart. So pumping the blood to the body will get reduced and the oxygenated blood to the body will get decreased which further leads to shortness of the breath, vomiting, nausea.
Further the complete blockage in the arteries of the heart will leads to heart attack.
