Man lives with reality. So he needs to follow the ethics of the real world. Behavioral economist says that the psychological, social and emotional decision must be based on the morality. The decision must be economic and the economic decision is the decision that is based on morality.
Social decision: The individual must take decision on the basis of the social norms. In every community there are norms that help to maintain the social peace and security. This is the morality when an individual follow the social rules. According to the ethical theory he must maintain order and rights according to the society. Man is not out of society. So, the balance in society depends on the following of the ethical laws.
Cognitive decision: there must be emotional and intellectual aspects of the individuals and the emotional and intellectual matters must be based on reality. As for example, he must value relations. He should obey the elders. He should make love when necessary. He must avoid evils. His perception makes it clear what is right and what is wrong. He must maintain values.
Besides, he should not entertain evil. He should follow the norms and laws of the society. He must help others. He must take social responsibility. He should not maintain discrimination. These ethical theories help one to take behavioral economic decision.
