- administer oxygen as prescribed

- monitor respiraory status

- monitor for labored respitation , cynosis and cold and calmy skin.

- encourage coughing and deep breathing and use of incentive spirometre .

- position client in semi fowler position to facililitate breathing and lung expansion .

- provide CPT

Give proper guidance for home care during discharge

- apppintment to cardiac rehabilitatiin management .
