A weapon of mass distruction(WMD) is a meuclear , radiological , chemical , biological and other weapon that can kill and bring significant harmful to a large number of human or great damage of human structure.Terrorist are mostly attack school, bus , other instiInstitutional organization.the major factor that still we have not seen a WMD terrorist attack..

1. Not having WMD POWER- no body can easily acess neuclear or biological power .it needs huge financial support , intellctuality , strategy , and political power .so terriost still not capable to organize this instrument and not having any neuclear power to them.it is key factor that for not seeing WMD terrorist attack.

Limited purpose of terrorist people :

The purpose of terrorist attack is only create a pressure on goverment and create fear in people mind to achieve their pupose not for massive distruction of human being.so Genuinely they are not interested to make plan WMD terrorist attack .

They also significantly concious about massive harmful effect of WMD like neuclear power in japan Hirosima and Nagasaki.so they doesn't want to part of it . Because they will not also able to save themselves with this harmful effect if any WMD terrorist attack take place.

Their main purpose to achieve political , financial , social or religion aims not destruction of whole generation and nation .so they doesn't have any intention of WMD terrorist attack.

Above are major factor that lead to not yet seen a WMD terrorist attack of great significance.
