3) How is it that we all have the same genes, yet we can have different genotypes for a given gene that results in the expression of a different phenotype? This is not the same answer as the previous question. Again, I am looking for a description of what is happening on a molecular level to result in different phenotypes.
ANSWER-
the genotype and phenotype are not the only aspects which decide the type of expression, there are various other aspects and criterion which helps in detecting the type of expression from a particular type of genotype and phenotype. well, here i am suggesting few , to make justice of my point.
1) surroundings - the genes work according to the surroundings. if a person keep using mobile for a long period of time in dark, it will result into weaking of eyes or may rupture of eyes, though, here the genotype and phenotype are as same as that of others, but the environmnet played a major role in changing the working capaccity of the particulr genotype and thus affects its expression.
2) use of particular phenotype - well, its been stated by the lanmarck and darwin in various theories of evolution, that the use of organ may develope that particula organ. for example, if a person goes to gym, he will develop his muscles and will have better miuscles as compared to others even after having same genotypic and phenotypic expressions.
3) environment - organisms adapt to external environment, if the organism is living on mountains , his body will adapt to the pressure and cold conditions and thus the genotype and phenotype will afffect considerably.
one thing we should keep in mind, our genes and our body , both are not rigid, they are flexible and there is always a chance of change, also, there are various other numerous factors which plays different roles in such changes and various research is going on for the same.
