Some concepts of team work could be enhanced and applied through writing posts by:

1) Having open communication with members of the team before posting the write-up. This would make everyone in the team feel included and important.

2) Dividing the work and then coordinating the final post. This woud give every member a chance to showcase their writing and also sharing of the workload.

3) Concepts of cooperation and decision making would be applied when members of the team show interdependency while writing posts. This could be with regard to maintaining time or quality of work.

4) The team members would be trusted so that the work gets done efficiently.

Other students can apply team building and critical thinking when posting by:

1) Members can work together on problem solving posts such as case study evaluations. In such writings, brainstorming is required which leads to team building through critical thinking.

2) Members can create a structure whereby every member gets a chance to speak about their ideas before penning them down. This could be open to critical evaluation by other team members, thereby fostering team building.

3) Members can post on topics such as unity and cooperation which would indirectly seep into the team at work too.

4) Members can write their drafts in smaller teams and then critically evaluate them with the entire team before posting.

5) Members can celebrate the team's success in order to keep them encouraged.
