health hazard of road works:

there are basic four hazards which are known as focus four hazards which includes the following:

1: fall which happens due to improper construction of surface and the edges being unprotected.

if while making a flyover if there are no guard rails installed or is not kept in considering ,one might fall and it will be dangerous for him

2: accident due to struck bys by vehicle and falling or flying of objects : in case the legible traffic signs are not sufficient at construction sign

3: if there are rotating equipment and unguarded parts someone can get caught in between:

road rollers heavy trucks concrete mixtures various rotating equipment are used in road works which might cause harm if someone gets stuck in it.

4: one can get electrocuted due to utility lines and live circuits. electric wires using for lightning purpose and underground electric cable when cut without being known can get the worker electrocute.

there are following conditions which can increase the risk in road works:

1: if work sites are constricted

2: unfavorable working condition

3: low visibility can worsen the condition

4: congestion of vehicles
