As a contractor for CVS Pharmacy, I will do the activities in the following order.:

1.  Progress in two weeks: exterior wall block, irrigation, grading, demo for turning lanes - Initially we need to give a boundary of the site so that all the activities take place with the boundary and no legal problem arises, We also have to watch out for water supplies required for various activites taking place in site and also make way for the vehicles like truck for stoppage and truning activities.

2.  Progress in three weeks: demolition, clear and grub site, excavation and erosion control - Now we need to demolish the remains of any previous construction, if available, henceforth we can start with our planned excavation.

3.  Progress in two weeks: block cleaning, transformer set, base coat of paving - After excavation and block clearing, we need to set a tranformer at the site to satisfy the electrical requirements of the construction equipments to be used hereafter.

4. Progress in one week: footers, column pads, curb layout, parking lot layout, site grading - Once the base coat and the electrical appliances are ready we can move forward with the casting of the foundations.

5. Progress in two weeks: compactor pad poured with concrete, drive through poured with concrete, water line, dumpster pad - Once the foundationdations are ready, we can work with the water-liner and the sumpster pad.

6. Progress in two weeks: interior slab, block work, storm sewer

7. Progress in two weeks: interior framing, doors and hardware, window frames, electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in

8. Progress in two weeks: drywall finishing, painting, electrical rough-in, glass and glazing

9.  Progress in two weeks: steel erection, exterior framing, HVAC roof curbs, roofing, concrete curb, sanitary sewer, relocate telephone lines, parking lot light conduit

10. Progress in two weeks: sanitary pump station, service panels set, sidewalks poured, stone base for pavement

11.  Progress in one week: millwork, lights, electrical finish, plumbing finish, HVAC finish - All electrical, air-conditioning work is complete upto this point and after the supply of electrical power everything will start working. Hence after that we will be able to bring the pharmaceutical tubes.

12. Progress in one week: awnings, landscaping, permanent electrical power, gas service

13. Progress in two weeks: pharmacy window and pneumatic tube, flooring, lights, ceiling tiles

14.Progress in one week: landscaping, exterior signage, parking lot striping, site clean-up, project completion

I have tried to answer this question based on my knowledge and experiance. Have a look at the order and revert back for any querry. Thank you.
