1) I would like to search the web and other sources so as to know the organization's policy about employees, their great history to become a brand, their culture , ranking in major magzines like forbes , fortune, wall street etc. Apart from this , i will know its net profit , EPS , Dividend policy, investors relations, ethical frameworks and compensation/ employment policies.  

2) I will wish that company would ask me the questions related to educational backgrounds , extra curricular activities, my professional strengths , my plan for future , etc.

3) I will ask the following questions :

1) what are future scope of business of the company?

It will show my curiosity towards my career advancement with the organization.

2) what is the compensation policy as compared to the competitors?

It will inform me about the company's retention policy in terms of financial and other benefits .

3) What are the core elements of the organizational culture?

It will help me to accept the offer which might suits with my expectations.

I will hope that company will ask me the questions related to my competence, work experience , future plan, attitude , education , my professional strengths etc.

As , it will provide me a chance to show my inner thoughts , likes and dislikes , growth and development approach , my committments toward wok etc. It will enhance my chance to grab a similar position in the organization as per my dream.
