The major professional role played by a physician is diagnosing and evaluating the disease of a patient. After diagnosis, the whole treatment procedure has to be arranged by him. The role of a nurse is to simplify the task of a physician by updating with the information regarding the patient. Furthermore, following the treatment what has been recommended by the physician. Besides this, a nurse has to do the nursing of patient that is taking proper care and understanding the problem of the patient.
Answer to the second part :- Physicians skills' have to be the major reason for the upgrading of a hospital. More the skill of the physican, more the value of the hospital. Physicians are decision makers in a hospital. On the other hand, nurses have to be very much careful about their job. The proper care taking of a patient depends upon nurses. The management of everything in a hospital regarding taking care of patients depend upon nurse. Medical technologists play another major important role. Proper precision of diagnosis of a patient depends upon medical technologists, because they look after the various devices required in a hospital. So all of them have their own assigned duties in a health care sector.
