Given its lengthy history, Anova has received some critisim. Other statistical techniques are preferred. Advances in computational techniques have also altered the favor of using Anova for experimental designs.
Discuss some advantages and/or disadvantages of Anova. If Anova is not the preferred method, what method of design is recommended and why?
