In the marriage and family counseling class the individuals are made prepared how to lead family life after marriage. It imparts the following principles in the individual. It says how the family should be run; how the mutual understanding helps to lead the family. In the family both men and women have similar role and responsibilities. It must be made understand to shake off all types of prejudices and discrimination from the family.

Such class makes people aware about the role of family members to each other, to the relatives, and to the social members. The couple jointly take the economic responsibility of the family. They should provide sufficient mental support to each other.

They should take decision mutually about family plan and they must take work jointly. They should have emotional dependence on each other. The class shows how emotional dependency happens and how they can increase their love and attachment to each other.

In the class the individuals are trained how to make a good family planning, domestic expenditure, balance in the family and so on. It emphasizes how to avoid conflict and divorce in the family.
