Hope it helps.

MMC detailed with its type and comparision with tradition method of constrcution are mentioned below:

Modern method construction (MMC) techniques changes the way of construction. Before this techniques the work load it too high and is less efficient. MMC made it possible to achieve the goal in desired time as per the planned idea. Benefits would only be achieve if the project is well planned and adopt the schedule properly.

So we have basically four types of MMC -

1) Offsite volumetric modules produces 3-D uits called modular units which constructed on factory in controlled condition.

2) Offsite panellised system in which the unit are constructed in factory and later on they assemble to for a 3-D structure.

3) Offsite hybrid system it works both as offsite volumetric modules and panellised system.

4) Onsite MMC method in which most of the entities are pre cast and adopt advance technologies..

MMC are way more better than traditional construction methods because it reduces on-site construction time and it is assume to be four time more efficient than tradition methods, cost depends upon the type of project ,labour cost decreases and last of all accuracy of details in an construction enhances/ improved.
