Engineer and engineers representive paves a major role in every major and minor construction processes. They have many duties and responsibilities on the site level and as well as many official responsibilities too. They have given such responsibilies due to their technical knowledge in the field. so they have the ability to find and analyse the solution for a problem and to take quick decision. Their technical skills make them to do the job really well.

Engineers are the first person called to address a problem at the site

• they should have the ability to control and coordinate the team under him.
• periodically motivates and guide the teammates
• should analyse and monitor the progress of work daily
• issue safety and healthy working conditions
• compromise dispute between the workers
• report the progress of work o the client or funding authority
• reguarly monitor the usage and requirement of raw materials at the site
• ensure the quality of materials and check the proportion of mixing
• provide necessary equipments for the work
• verify and give proper guidance for each days of work
• prepare statement of works
• monitor the works during the Defects Notification Period and prepare related reports
• notify the client or funding agency in case there is any variation in orders or material procurement
• ensure the project is a per the project plan
• send warning notice to contractor if there is any delay in work is observed
