In any healthcare system Nurses have to directly communicate with patient and their relatives. So Nurses have to explain about the disease with which patient is suffering

Nurses have to emotionally and psychological communicate with patient. Sometimes patient can get angry on nurses , but in any situation they have to remain calm and confident . Nurses have to determine best course of action for the patient

Nurses have to coordinate with physician when he is dealing with any critical situation , because these clinical knowledge will definitely give her benefit in futurewhile dealing with critical patients

So there is no limits for knowledge . Clinical exposure definitely boost their confidence and improve their decision making

Nurses also reduces the cost of treatment. Nurses take care of patient as caregiver , by evaluating patient ,they can understand thathow much care and attention patient require . So faster recovery of patient and chances of relapse of disease also decreases ,and so reducing cost of treatment

Nurses work to improve health of our community. They ensures that we are prepared for any disaster or pandemic . Even in this Corona pandemic Nursing staff are dealing with covid patient. So they have good knowledge about such endemic

Nurses can also provide nutritional counseling to patients. In Immunization camp (vaccination) nurses play vital role in Community Immunization.

So Nurses are improving our Healthcare system
