A) Ans- the nursing care for the lady if she is pregnant- firstly make her understand what is pregnant
-controlling of present complaints is also important and administer medications for nausea and vomiting as per advised by doctor.
-advise the patient about dietary plan and exercises.
-make her to understand that small feeds will help to her problem that means taking small meals with many times instead of having 3times large meal
-provide psychological support to her and educate about the conditions of pregnancy.
