Events and activities happen so fast that there is no time to think or evaluate correct courses of action. Time to meditate and evaluate and think circumspectly has been absorbed in social media communications, emails, and events.

Quality family time with loved ones and children are non existent in many homes. Rarely do families sit down for a family dinner and discuss the events of the day. Informational technology has deteriorated family structure and is a contributor to anti-social behavior in high school teens. This can lead to violent behaviors such as mass shootings within our primary and secondary schools.

Is there substantive data to support this theory? What historical precedent is there to guide how much families should rely on informational technology. What are your conclusions?

In today's life no one has time to think or evaluate correct course of action because everyone is busy with their so-called busy schedule. Today life is very fast, everyone is running for  success and money.

Today spending quality time with family members has become a rare scenario. Being social is now just spending time on social media. When we Observe any family we can see every family members with a smartphone. They will just say hello and become busy in their smartphone. Information technology has entered in our day to day lives. We can't ignore the impact of information technology. Obviously information technology has made our lives easier. We can connect to our family members and friends in a second. Online education has become a trend nowadays.

When we focus on teens we see that nowadays teens are over engaged with their smartphones. They spend time on social media. Many studies have proved that most of the students come online everyday and some are over concerned with their smartphones. Parents are so anxious for their uses of smartphones. They see inappropriate content on their smartphones and become obsessed. They get inspired by such inappropriate things and do same. Many studies have proved that those students who obsessed with information technology complain more depressive symptoms. They can't take proper nutrition and sleep because of that they become depressed and unhappy. These mental illnesses leads violent behavior among teens. Many examples are there, in USA and other countries a teen comes suddenly and does mass shooting. These things are happening everywhere but we are not able to do anything to stop these teens violence.

Impact of information technology is known to everyone. Teens violence and other kinds of violence are increasing because we as a parent are not fulfilling our duties towards our children. We are busy with our jobs and money. We don't have time to teach good things to our children. Our children observe that their parents are always busy with smartphones and their world. So, they also learn these things, they don't have anyone to share with. So they also learn to spend time with smartphones and TV. This is reality that we can't ignore information technology completely but we can limit its use, can spend some quality time with family and our kids. Teach our children good and bad. We should not rely completely on information technology. We need to take lessons from our older generations, how happy they were without information and technology.
