Dove is a widely accepted brand by many women especially girls. They prefer this over many brnads. These customers depend on their requirements such as smoothness or fragrance or texture etc., Dove has succeeded in attracting girls in young age with it's quality and even advertisements. It gets feedback directly from customers regarding it's products and comes up with revised products. Personal factors such as age influence the customers. Age is the most common factor. Customers of the product like dove are teenagers mostly who want glowing skin and softness. The lifestyle of the individual also plays a major role in the products they choose. Even their financial situation is responsible for the productabthey buy as everyone cannot afford costly products. Some prefer low budget products while some go for brands even when they are high priced. The personality is another factor which tells what type of products they need occupation of the individual demands some basic products to be used like makeup for receptionists. These factors influence the relation between customer and the product. And in dove's case they suxceedednin attracting the correct section of customers.
