What strategy is your company following (try to classify it into one of the three strategies in the text)? How is the strategy working - how long will it allow you to maintain a competitive advantage? What are your firm's key resources and/or capabilities? How do these translate into a competitive advantage?
Strategy:
Strategy can be defined as set of objectives, action plans, goals etc to be achieved by the organization within a certain time period. Each company strategy may differ according to its nature. Some may be brand conscious, some may be profit conscious, some may be service oriented etc. Hence strategy is one of the keys for all design.
My company follow functional level strategy:
Functional-Level Strategies:
The functional level strategy would focus more on the operation level function like marketing, human resource etc of the organization. A plan through grand strategy is set and implement towards the business operation. Eg: When the employees in the organization are retained then that would impact on the higher performance of the organization through committed work strategy.

The technology is my firm’s key resources and capabilities, the reason provided below with competitive advantages:
Each organization uses a different technology for functioning. Some may use high end technology and some may use low end technology and my firm uses high end technology to attract the clients and customers.
The technology used impact on increase innovative ideas which helps the organization to become a market leader.
The quality and price needs to be considered, as where the customer expects good quality with low price strategy.
