  1. · Physiological Needs: The clothes help provide protection to the body, basic need for the individual. The availability of options helps satisfy this basic need of look and coverage.
  2. · Safety Needs: By using CCTV cameras and hiring security guards, people feel secure thus satisfying safety need.
  3. · Social Needs: The act of being able to shop with friends and family help in boosting social needs for people. Therefore providing enough space to do so will fulfil its needs.

1. Convene a planning committee : The Divisional level heads convene a planning committee.

2. External and internal environment assessments : The internal environment assessment involves assessing the branch/ division and external environment would consist of 2 aspects, one being the environment in the company external to division and secondly environment outside the organisation.

3. Collective of Data/Information : After assessing the environment, we collect relevant data for the cause at hand to formulate certain ideas

4. Meetings to review components of the proposed plan : continuous meetings are done to evaluate all ideas and form a proposed plan

5. Identify goals and milestones : Divisional Goals are formed and milestones highlighted. These maybe short term and annual.

6. Establishing metrics to measure success. These are internal to the division.

7. Periodic evaluation of progress is done as a part of critical analysis. It maybe in tangent with the overall company plans or maybe focussed on specific divisional needs.
