The quality policy of any organisation is a policy which says that the organisation will provide good quality service or a good quality product to its customers, to ensure this good quality the organisation has a set system in place which checks whether these quality systems are met or not. Many government organisations are also set in place to ensure the quality standards are met.

3 Examples of such quality policy:

1.Colgate

"We will meet our comprehensive "Global Colgate Quality Standards" in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of our products as well as meet or exceed all government requirements and consumer expectations worldwide. We will maintain these high quality standards as we design and manufacture our products by the most efficient means possible to ensure they are affordable to the greatest number of consumers throughout the world."

2. Nestle

"Quality is an integral part of Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles. These principles guide our actions to deliver products and services that are safe, compliant and preferred. They are essential for the achievement of our ambition to be recognized and trusted to offer products and services that enhance the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future. At Nestlé, our commitment is to never compromise on the safety, compliance and quality of our products and services. This requires everybody to be engaged, to understand their responsibility and to be empowered to take action in order to protect individuals and families, our customers and our brands"

The policy statements could be made better if they specify what quality checks are being put in place to check for the qualities. And make the statements more detailed.
