The task of development in the developing countries is said to be most challenging one for a variety of reasons. Identify the attributes of development administration and explain how economic growth, modernization and globalization affect the political and economic system in the Philippines.

The task of developement in the developing counteries is said to be most challenging one for a variety of reason. I agree on this statement,the government is the key player in all the hapenings in the development of the country. To increase the standard of the people who are living a low standard life.Poor people or low class people having more problems with the survival in the society because of the differences. Getting advantage of the benefits provided by the government,its the duty of the government of the country to regulate properly and apply the policies rightly.Many challenges come across while taking action against the development of the developing countries like- India,Brazil, Russian Siberia, South Africa, China.

Philippines is one the developing country and far more it has to work on to reach that status. This country is also the member of APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) and the Association of South-East Asian Nation(ASEAN). According,to the data Philippines's economy is been growing at faster speed,it says in the year of 2016 its economy grew by 6.8% which was the fastest growth in Asia,whereas in the year of 2017,the economic growth was 6.7% .

Attributes of development administration and explain how economic growth, modernization and globalization affect the political and economic system in the Philippines.

1) economic development- its an open economy in the Philippines,Its the republic ,president is the head and act as the government.And its been growing at faster rate comparartively.All three sectos Agriculture,Industry and Service are all economicaly open for the investment and for change and development.

2) Lack of interministeral coordination,due to dysfunction and poor coordination among the executive and legislative it is useless to follow and progrees for the application of policies.

3)Lack of strategic planning,planning is not proper for the bettermnet for long run.The issues and challenges due to political and economical barrier strategies are not being governed accordingly.

4)Active in providing quality technical education and skill development training for both all three sectors and society people.

5) Good E-governance,due to open and right application of IT in the government operations. Noticiable work has been and growth has been noticed in this area.

6)Actions undertaken,reforms and initiatives for the improvement of the regulatory policiesspecialy in the financial and securities areas.
