It is very important for Collegestudents to focus on their living style as their negligence could make them failure in their exams and further career. In order to live a healthy life, college students need follow a balance and disciplined life style.

1) Proper Sleep :-The first they should do is to wake up on time as well sleep on time, as lack of sleep could distract their mind from studies and could make their behavior irritating or it could also increase anxiety level.

2) Healthy diet :- College students are supposed to eat healthy food, which can give them physical as well as psychological strength. They need to avoid oily and junk food and required to include foods which contains protein, vitamins and nutrients like :- fruits, vegetables, almonds etc. Improper diet plan could have adverse impact on health as well as on academics performance.

3) Exercise :- College students also should increase their physical activities, like doing exercise or jogging or running as it will make their immune system better and boost their mental capabilities which will be beneficial for their study as they can concentrate on study more and can retain things quickly.

4) Meditation :- The students could also for meditation for the better mental health as it is one of the best way to reduce stress level and feel the positive vibes.

5) Being socialize :- Students also need to be more social so that they can meet with new people and could engage themselves, in order to avoid a anxiety, stress or depression.

6) Say no to drugs :- Durning college time period, most of the students become habitual of taking drugs, alcohol etc. Which is dangerous for their health, life and career, they should never use these things as it could ruin their life and career.
