I believe that power relationships are very much I'm poor taste for organizations to sustain and survive in the industry and this helps organizations to have a competitive advantage over others. We will be looking at few examples in this regard, the first example would be Apple, Inc. who have been a great player in the electronic industry and I believe that the power of Apple in the industry has been creativity and innovation which has helped the industry have a competitive advantage over others in the industry. Another example I would like to discuss here would be Microsoft and the power of the organization in Thai context would be easy of use and convenience that they provide to their users. Again, there is Samsung who believes in global corporate strategy which has helped them grow in the industry and get big with huge target audience and customers. General.motors believes in cost leadership by providing low cost products and creating attractive deals as well.
