1. According to Porter's Five Forces Model Analysis an attractive industry has following characterstics:-

a.)The threat of new entrants is low.

b.)The bargaining power of suppliers is weak.

c.)The bargaining power of buyers is weak.

d.)Threat of substitute products is low.

e.)Intensity of rivalry among industry competitors is low.

So, for the company to be on low in all five forces when performing Porter's Five Model analysis shows the industry is attractive and there is profit potential which is a good sign.

2.Computer literacy means knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently. Information technology on the other hand is the use of any computers, storage, netwroking and other physical devices, infrastructure and processes to create, process,store, secure and exchange all forms of electronic data. So, the more advaced the Information technology is the better is computer literacy.

3.Data security engineer is responsible to take necessary security measures to safeguard the use of personal data in an organization. His role is to prevent any data theft and creating firewalls in the organization to avoid any data breach.
