Answer-1-  Human psychological makeup is an important factor to analyze his behaviour. A person's mental health and physical health have affects on each other. People with depression or stress have more chances to suffer with heart disease. It has another side also. People with disorders such as cancer and heart problems feel more psychological stress than healthy people. Poor physical health leads to increase in depression and anxiety. The relation of physical disorders with psychological makeup of a person greatly affect his social and personal life.

Answer-2- According to World Health Organization, the most preventable causes of death in the United States are heart disease, cancer and lung disease. These diseases cause more than 900,000 deaths per year. The main reasons of deaths due to heart disease are unhealthy life style, use of tobacco and alcohol. People may reduce the risks of these diseases by adopting a healthy lifestyle, to be physically active and by avoiding somking and alcoholism.

Answer-3- Each state must consider the human health as a legal right of each person and must provide timely, affordable and acceptable health care services like safe and potable water, sanitation, food, housing, gender equality and other health related information. Alongwith the health organizations, a person needs to take care of his own health as well as his family's health to reduce the risk of various physical and mental disorders.

Answer-4-  Two factors which limits one's health care are-

  • Socioeconomic status of people is one of the major reasons which may create differences among people. These differences are found all over the world. It is clear in surveys that people with low education and low income have worst health conditions. The socioeconomic status may lead to various chronic and psychological diseases due to the absense of right education and treatment.
  • Another main reason is the unhealthy life style and daily routine of people which may cause many problems like obesity, chronic disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer etc. Today people are not involved in physical activites like exercise and yoga. They eat junk food, consume alcohol and drugs. All these things limit one's health care.

Two things which may make one's health care more successful are-

  • One must get timely care to make health care system more successful. Health care needs to be organized in such a manner that a patient can get all health facilities on time.
  • There should be equity in the health care system. All people of the society should get equal health services by the government and health organizations. Treatment should not be based on the racial and ethnic differences.
