Taking a red blood cell from X-Y includes vessels, chambers and valves of heart.
1) heart to capillary bed of right thumb and back to the heart (presume LV to RA)
2) left pulmonary vein to right great toe
3) superior mesenteric artery to the inferior vena cava
4) from the heart to the brain and back to the heart (presume LV to RA)
As the blood has to pass through vessels, chamber and valves of the heart
Most appropriate answer in the given options would be 1,2 and 4
Option 1. In this option blood is going from heart I.e from left ventricle to aorta via aortic valve and then to descending aorta to capillary bed of thumb and from there via venous drainage its coming back to the heart I.e in right atrium so its traversing vessels ,chamber and valves
Option 2. Left pulmonary vein opens in left atria that opens into left ventricle via mitral valve then from left ventricle as mentioned above blood will follow the same route to reach to the capillaries bed of great toe. Hence blood traverse all i.e vessels, chambers and valves
Option 4. From heart blood in left ventricle goes into arch of aorta via aortic valve from arch of aorta carotid arteries arises to go into the capillary bed of brain (know as circle of willis) and here also blood is traversing vessels, chambers and capillaries
Thank you!
