Aristotle believes that the ethical theory is different fron theoritical sciences. He thinks that etical values are followed to omprove the lives, it is basically the principle concern of the human well being. In order to live well, we should have good friendship, pleasures virtues, honour and wealth which makes into full and fits into ethics.

Aristotle believes very strongly that there is lot of difference between what is best for human being and the profit from ethical inquiry. He insists that etics is not at all related to theory, but etics is something we have to behave in order to be good and flourish. But aristotle is not looking for good in the human beings by having good friends, having pleasure, following good virtues, good wealth, and honour because all these we can achieve very easily. He is not just searching for good but the highest good, which has three characterstic

1. it is desirable for itself

2 it is not desirable for the sake of some other good3. all other goods are desirable for its sake

Aristotle uses the terms "eudaimonia" (happiness) and "euzen" (living well) which designates the end . Eudaimonia is composed of two terms well and divinity or spirit, that is well favoured by a God. he believes that happiness is gained by the well being and is depended on state of mind. Everyone will have a goal , for being happiness is the highest end, and sub ordinate goals like , wealth, health and other resources which promotes the well being.

The soul is analysed into a connected series of capacities, the nutritive soul is responsible for the growth and reproduction. Al, the happiness in a person will come with humanity, which leads to well being, related to the soul.

Competitive strategy as we have understood it so far, has followed a two step process; the first step was creating value defined as the difference between the customer's willingness to pay (based on their desires) and the cost of supplying the good (based on the firm's value chain choices), and the second step of splitting this "value" created between the customer (appropriated as consumer surplus) and supplier firm (appropriated as profits). Our current module explored some ideas on conditions that...
